Impact started in early 2021, when two former colleagues with a passion for technology and customer satisfaction decided to take the plunge and start the company. 

Tom and Lucas both saw a gap in the market to provide quality, professional and comprehensive services with a primary focus of top tier customer service while utilising the best technologies in the market.

Tom and Lucas deeply believe in supporting local business, they shop local where they can, employ local residents and contractors. They are members of the Peel Chamber of Commerce & Industry, along with being proud supporters of the Peel Thunder Football Club.

The environment and our footprint on it is extremely important to Impact ICT. Being in the technology sector with everything having a carbon footprint of some kind, Impact ICT is proudly Carbon Neutral and is only a small hand full of IT providers in Western Australia to be so.
